Coffee cake with
cinnamon and vanilla
Ingredients:
150 gr. of
a strong Guglielmo blend
400 gr.
white flour
½ liter of
milk
300 gr. of
pure sugar
100 gr of
butter
3 whole
eggs
20 gr. of
powdered yeast
a dusting
of cinnamon
a pinch of
vanilla
Preparation:
Mix the
milk and coffee, then add the flour and continually mix
to avoid lumps, add the sugar and softened butter,
add the yeast, the cinnamon and the vanilla. To
amalgamate use a wooden and mix all the ingredients
thoroughly. Add the yolk of one of the eggs in the
mixture, mix the other 2 eggs and then bake.
