Coffee cake with cinnamon and vanilla
Guglielmo USA / L`Espresso USA Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
150 gr. of a strong Guglielmo blend
400 gr. white flour
½ liter of milk
300 gr. of pure sugar
100 gr. of butter
3 whole eggs
20 gr. of powdered yeast
a dusting of cinnamon
a pinch of vanilla


Preparation: Mix the milk and coffee, next add the flour continually mix to avoid lumps, add the sugar and softened butter, add the yeast, the cinnamon and the vanilla. To amalgamate use a wooden and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Add the yolk of one of the eggs in the mixture, mix the other 2 eggs and them. Bake.

Irish Coffee
Guglielmo USA / L`Espresso USA Irish Coffee
Ingredients (Serves 4):
4 small glasses of Irish whisky
4 cups of a strong Guglielmo blend
4 teaspoons of sugar (raw cane)
fresh cream (to taste)


Preparation: Prepare a very strong coffee. Warm 4 tall glasses then shed them in very hot coffee. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and a small glass of whisky, and mix quickly. Serve warm.

Coffee Ice Cream:
Guglielmo USA / L`Espresso USA Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients: (serves 4)
4 cups of a strong Guglielmo blend
4 spoons of sugar
4 egg yolks
~ ½ liter of liquid cream
3 glasses of milk


Preparation: Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the coffee, cream and milk. Put the mixture in and ice-cream maker. Serve in small cups decorated with cream.
